We received a call from a concerned family that needed urgent help with their roof. They had recently hired a roofing company to do a roof replacement on their home. They we're happy that the project had been completed since they no longer had to worry about their roof and their safety. They continued life as usual, but things would soon take a turn for the worse.

They trusted the roofing company had deliver quality workmanship, but soon after they discovered they had done a terrible job with their roof. The house began to leak, even more so in one of the kids room. It only got worse, they had to put buckets on top of the bed to collect the water. Now the son could no longer sleep in his room. The family had more concerns in their mind. This brought many negative experiences and emotions for the family.

The roofing company they had worked with was extremely unprofessional. They could no longer get ahold of them. The family was uncertain of what to do and who to trust to help them. Eventually, through word of mouth they found us and we were able to bring back their peace of mind.

We provided the family with a complimentary detailed inspection of their roof. As we were inspecting the roof we discovered the extremely poor workmanship from the previous contractor. The shingles were installed incorrectly. The drywall was wet and the insulation was soaking wet. We were concerned for their safety and the further damage this would cause to the family and the house. We prioritized their project to have the roof fixed immediately. The family was extremely grateful for the way MKE Roofing handled everything from start to finish. In particular, how we went above and beyond to ensure their safety.
